Hand-picked from ancient olive trees across the Gran Clos estate. These olives are immediately cold-pressed to capture the zesty citrus and almond flavours which are characteristic to the prized Arbequina varietal grown in Priorat.
Vines, like people, often reach their peak in the face of adversity. Our award-winning wines come from vines that struggle daily to survive in dense slate soils on steep hillsides. Their fruit offers a unique mineral complexity that could come from no other place on earth and has done so since Carthusian monks first planted vines in Priorat in the 12th century.
