Medium bodied single estate cuvee from the Finca El Puig vineyards.Vines, like people, often reach their peak in the face of adversity. Our award-winning wines come from vines that struggle daily to survive in dense slate soils on steep hillsides. Their fruit offers a unique mineral complexity that could come from no other place on earth and has done so since Carthusian monks first planted vines in Priorat in the 12th century.

Colour
Garnet red. Intense and bright with purple hues.
Aroma
Fresh and ripe with notes of red and black fruits (raspberry, blackberry) plus floral, forest herb and balsamic aromas. It stands out for its minerality.
Flavour
Well-balanced, with volume, expression and good acidity. Fruity texture and fine structure. Ripe fruit, floral and forest herbs aftertaste.
Food Pairings
Grilled meats, especially beef and lamb. Perfect with Serrano and Jabugo hams. Ideal with cheeses such as Parmesan, Manchego and Cheddar.
