Vines, like people, often reach their peak in the face of adversity. Our award-winning wines come from vines that struggle daily to survive in dense slate soils on steep hillsides. Their fruit offers a unique mineral complexity that could come from no other place on earth and has done so since Carthusian monks first planted vines in Priorat in the 12th century.

Cherry red. Intense and bright with purple hues.
Fresh and intense notes of ripe red and black fruits (mainly blackberry), with aromatic forest herbs
Powerful opening expression of fresh and ripe black fruits. Fruity texture and fine structure. Expressive, complex and deep. Lingering aftertast of forst fruits and herbs.
Grilled meats, especially beef and lamb. Best match for serrano ham and specially Jabugo, aged cheeses from any origin such as Parmiggiano, Manchego or Cheddar.
